1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to Authentic Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our premium luxury authentication services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these legal terms. We specialize in the verification of high-end timepieces, leather goods, and jewelry, providing certified documentation that secures the market value of your luxury collection.

2. AUTHENTICATION SERVICES

Authentic Pro employs advanced technical inspection methods and heritage knowledge to assess the authenticity of luxury products. Our process involves a physical examination of materials, craftsmanship, and brand-specific identifier marks. Our final determination represents a professional opinion based on current industry standards and internal proprietary databases.

3. APPOINTMENTS

All authentication services are conducted strictly by appointment. Clients must reserve their session through our primary booking portal. Failure to present the item at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the appointment slot. Authentic Pro reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen operational requirements.

4. FEES & PAYMENT

Authentication fees are set per item and are payable at the time of session booking or prior to the physical assessment. Fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the assessment results in a verification of authenticity. Any additional administrative services or secondary certifications will incur separate costs as outlined in our current fee schedule.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding the provenance and history of the luxury items submitted. Items must be presented in a clean and accessible state. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure items are insured during transit to and from our specialist centers.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Authentic Pro does not warrant the merchantability or investment potential of any item. Our services are strictly forensic and technical evaluations of authenticity based on visual and physical markers available at the time of inspection.

6. AUTHENTICATION RESULTS

Upon completion of our assessment, results are final. Items verified as genuine will be eligible for an official Authentic Pro Certificate of Authenticity. In cases where authenticity cannot be established, we will provide a notice of findings. We do not provide appraisals for insurance purposes or market value valuations.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Authentic Pro maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client items and authentication results. Personal client data and specific details regarding high-value collections are handled with secure protocols. Information will only be disclosed to third parties if required by regulatory mandates or with explicit written consent from the client.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Authentic Pro certificates, reports, trademarks, and methodologies are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of our official documentation is strictly forbidden. The Authentic Pro name is a mark of professional verification and may only be used in connection with items we have officially certified.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Authentic Pro accepts no liability for any loss of value or potential sales resulting from our authentication determinations. In the unlikely event of dynamic error, our liability is strictly limited to the return of the service fee paid for the specific item in question. We provide a professional opinion based on available evidence, and do not provide absolute guarantees.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We update our Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our service offerings or legal environment. Notice of updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our luxury authentication services following any modifications constitutes your formal agreement to the revised legal terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Authentic Pro is registered. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled through professional arbitration or in the high courts within our primary region of operation.
